• Assisted an oilfield company in finding the source of operating losses. Designed and implemented a solution; the company returned to profitability within thirty days. Set up a management bonus plan to align the organization's goals.
• Prepared and delivered a management seminar to help the organization achieve their growth targets. Subsequently joined company full-time in July 1996. Managed the growth by starting several new divsions, offering 7 Habits to all 750 employees, and became employer of choice at a critical time in the industry. Subsequently sold the company for $215 million after quadrupling sales through internal growth in less than three eyars.
